A woman calling herself Sarah Bennett claims she works for TRUST BANK
told me I won a great deal of money. She SAID she was calling from NEW YORK, NEW YORK. To receive my money I would have to WIRE $1000 first.
There is a call block on this (her) phone number and 514 is a Montreal area
code.

I work at a credit union and we see these scams all the time. When someone says that you have won money but you have to wire some money back first to pay foreign taxes that is the first sign of a scam!! I have seen people lose out of thousands of dollars because they fall for it!

I have recieved many call of sort, matter of fact, Irecieved the same call from the same woman, but she now must work for Bank of America. Just recieved it yesterday. I always ask them to allow me to varify there name, address and the telephone number, and if they have a drivers lic. number I ask for that as well. Anyway, I never believe a phone call that ask for money to recieve money.
