I receives call from this number and never leave any message. One day my sister answered the phone and took a message for me. The gave a 1-800# for me to call. When asked who's calling and what is this all about, she was told her name is Mrs. Smith and it's a personal business matter. According to my sister, she sounded like an old lady. I am not comfortable calling the 1-800# because I am sure if this a scam.

I've been having a lot of trouble with these people calling my phone all the time. I think it's 'Macys' they tell you that you have a payment due and they need your credit card number and what not. I called and had them take my number off their calling list but obviously it didn't do any good.

Someone from this number keeps callilng me -- but if it is Macy's that doesn't make any sense as my account is in good standing.  Any idea who else it could be?

If they're calling to ASK you for your number, they're trying to scam you. Anyone calling from any sort of "collections" will KNOW your card number. Don't give it to them.
