Same thing happened to me.

Same thing happened to me and when I try to call the number back, it's busy. They also called from 513-699-2098 and 513-699-2138.

This is an overseas call center, if oyu hand up on them or ask them to put you on the donot call list they start harrassing you. The same guy calls my work 6-10 times a day to harrass me and call me names until I buy from him!!

If there anything we can do about overseas call centers?

Left a message. A foreign-sounding man obviously in a call center (lots of background noise) said "The following recorded message is for" and then gave a name that wasn't ours. The recorded message said this was not a telemarketing call, and asked me to contact Publisher's Clearing House at an 800 number. We haven't had any dealings with PCH, and they had the wrong name anyway, so I'm pretty confident I didn't just pass up a giant check for a million dollars.

Called my house at 3:05 a.m. no message, tried to call back, number was busy for hours. Ridiculous that they called in the middle of the night.
