Called twice, left no message

Called cell, left no message.

Called cell phone, no message.

Number listed as being out of Ohio. Caller had a very heavy Indonesian accent. Claimed I could lower my percentage rate on two different credit cards issued from two different banks that I don't even own, Chase and Bank of America. Asked me to verify the credit card numbers. I told him I would call the banks directly to handle the matter. He said "Sir, you are speaking with a representative of the bank." I promptly ended the call.

How can you represent two different credit card companies at the same time?

Strong Indonesian accent claiming to lower % rate on credit cards.  I do not have any credit cards!  I asked to be put on a "Do not call list" He told me, "you are not my girlfriend I don't have to anything you ask"  He used the f@#$ at me and said you can bite me.  I told him to never call my number again and I will report this.  I tried to call the # back and the wireless customer is not available at this time.
