I picked up and silence on line then they hung up.

On 8/10/16, 9:34 AM, I received a call from (513) 342-3965, Liberty Township, OH (Cincinnati area), answered it and a female voice robo-call using an excited voice "You have won an all-paid exclusive cruise", I hung up and that afternoon they called back again but I didn't answer.  I filed a complaint with the FCC as I am on the Do Not Call Registry.
