told them 4 times to take me off the list. the main number is 320-2352500. I plan to sue in small claims as the law allows 500 in damages

This number calls me at all hours. I have them blocked on my phone, but it's ridiculous to get a call at 10 pm!! Especially when I'm asleep! How do I stop them from calling?
