Called my cell, didn't leave a message. I blocked my number and called back but got a Verizon wireless message saying that the number had been changed or was no longer in service.

New Dehli jerk offs. Ask them if they are from India and they hang up.

Received call January 20 on my cell.  Did not answer unknown number and no message was left. Checked the number today and found  exactly what I suspected.  Thanks.
