These people are horrible debt collectors, threatening victims of felony and arrest and demanding money. I have called the attorney general of Ohio and the federal trade commission to report them. They are breaking the law and are fraudulent!!!! do not give them any money and dont believe their threats!!!!

Threats of felony charges and warrants for my arrest if I did not pay for something I do not owe. Someone with the first and last name same as mine but with a different middle name, same middle initial, stole my identy and used my ss no. for utilities and other uses. I filed charges against him and he was found and prosecuted. The people at 513-301-7178 do not want to even listen to me. I have never lived in that city, never had an account at Citi Bank and never had a payday loan. All they want is the money. My first call came from 855-812-6128.

I received a call today from an Investigator Mason. Threatened me with criminal charges.  She kept saying she was from a Fraud Unit. Told me charges would be filed against me by 3pm today and even told me the bond amounts.  Rude and just plain crazy.  I reported to the FTC and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
