Said , a person needs to call (424) 243-5802 for a lega situation with Jones and Associates. I do not know the name of the person who gave my phone number and assumed to be my friend. Boht #s are not being asnwer. Do not repeat the information or court # given.

On the initial call the number that came across caller ID as 131-518-8030 called and had the wrong number for the person they were calling, that person had the last name but not the first name of anyone here.  He said he got my number form "Your HR Department" which is totally false.  When I asked for the first name of the person he was looking for and it was not me he yelled at me and said this must be you.  I informed him he had the incorrect number and he did not call my HR Department to get this number as they don't even have this one, he kept yelling and I hung up.  He call back and started again.  He then called from the 513-278-7205 number and start again so I hung up on him.

Received call from 513-278-7205 said they wanted to serve my son a summons, tried calling back and got machine.

Got a call from this number said I was to cal a 323 #  to give them my information so they could serve me with papers.....

Called asking for a person I've never heard of before. Even going as far as revealing this person missed a court date. Any legitimate company would not have given such information. Watch out for whoever this is. Even when the call started, there was a lot of background noise, the man did not respond until I said hello for a second time. He was swift to hang up also.
