They just call and don't leave a message. I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Call comes from Ohio.
I called and got this message
"Thank you for your patience. Please continue to hold and we will connect you with the next available representative.  
Then a pause.
"Thank you for your patience. Please continue to hold and we will connect you with the next available representative." Then a pause
"We appreciate your call. Please  leave a message with your full name and your phone number and best time to call back.  An agent will call you back as soon as possible."
