other line hung up when I answered

Call almost every day.  WHO IS THIS?!! I am on do not call list

I hate it when the phone rings, I pick it up then no one speaks. Why even call? This is what happened with this number. So I called it back. I got a message saying that the google subscriber can't come to the phone. What the heck? Go away then! I am on a "DO NOT CALL" block list. So far, it hasn't worked!

Calling line hung up as soon as I answered....
