I gave my google voice number when I asked for information about nursing homes.  Now this number calls 3 times a day and never leaves a message.

Elder care facilities sales calls. You have to give up a phone number at their website to get simple information on care and costs; and now endure endless attempts to sell, sell, sell! :)

No, legally they must stop calling you when you tell them to.  You may have to send them a certified, return receipt letter.  Senioradvisor.com LLC is a division of A Place for Mom, another outfit well known for the tactics that you describe.  I suspect that part of the problem is that no one is reporting these calls.  If more people reported them, the FTC would be aware and could do something.  So, I suggest the following.
