Asked me if I knew (name) because she used me as a reference. I had never known anyone by that name nor gave permission to be used as a reference. Caller said to disregard the call.

My CC info had been cloned recently, maybe this person was the one committing fraud.

Said she was from the Fraud and Financial division....if they didn't hear from the person within a few hours she was going to start prosecution, but couldn't say what it was about on a return call.

Thats what i just got from a lady name maria told me same thing if i dnt call gonna get me for arrest for fraud for an old loan thats been yrs n she said good luck in court
