The number is a SCAM to get personal information for "qualifying" you for disability.

they have called multi times every day for the last month and even when asked to not call back continue to call and then hang up after the first sentence or so

Saw a missed call from this number.  I called it back and the first time I tried, it rang once then I immediately heard hold music, but no company info.  Hung up and tried again and the 2nd time got the automated system.  I had a choice of being connected to someone to learn more about how I might be able to receive Social Security Disability (I already receive it) or being put on their internal do not call list.  I chose the latter and also blocked the number in my phone.  I did a survey online within the past week and one of the questions had to do with employment and I chose disabled as my response.  It also asked about pain and I said I had back pain.  Since that survey, I have gotten at least 4 or 5 calls from companies trying to get me a back brace through Medicare and different topical pain creams covered by Medicare and Medicaid.  So I am pretty sure this is also because of that survey I took.
