National enrollmentioned center for Healthcare.  Not sure why they called

I've received multiple, harassing calls, mostly from this number but many times from different numbers, sometimes many times a day. They are calling a private work cell phone, claiming they found the number on the internet. (They could not have.)  They also claim I made a request for a quote... except I haven't and I'm not "Richard."  I'm not even male.

They always ask for "Richard."  They've given various business names - "National Enrollment Center for Healthcare," "Health and Dental Providers," "Eagle Health Advisers," "LCN," etc.  I have asked numerous times to be removed from their call list.  After one "discussion" with a "supervisor" I received two harassing pre-recorded calls, one from a pizza restaurant wanting my CC info, and one from an Indian sounding man claiming to be a neighbor (I have no Indian neighbors) who says my daughter (I have no daughter) trespassed on his property and kicked his dog. Probably wanted some money to settle out of court.  At this point they must know they're not getting my financial data, but keep calling.  I am pursuing them legally.

I was called by this number and 9 more from various states that are all enrollment center for Healthcare. These started pouring in since the supreme court decision. I mean like with minutes of the decision!!!!

Young girl asking me my name and then telling me she was involved with some women's health organization. She then abruptly hung up.

I was trying to obtain health insurance for my learning disabled son.  We visited an Obamacare look-alike site by accident.  Since then, we have been inundated with over 40 calls a day from telemarketers trying to sell me health insurance, when my son has qualified for medicaid.
