Calls but leaves no message, I never answer it. My phone always labels them "spam calls" and blocks them also.

Female answered "Municipal Svcs". Sounds like a bill collector for those payday loan type places.

Call you and Called ID reads Floyd &Buss.  When answered it says please hold to be connected to a rep. Say the call is being recorded for quality purposes and a woman picked up said she was from Municipal Services asked for someone who didn't have this number    I said you have the wrong number and they just hung up.
