Called my cell phone, left no message. This phone keeps calling my phone but never leaves any messages. I have never called back to see who it is because I never answer phone calls from phone numbers that I do not recognize. Wish they would stop calling... *annoyed*

It's a company calling to request survey info. If you call them back, there's an automated voice that answers and allows you to press "9" and remove yourself from their call list.
