Some guy named Larry Thomson. Not the most literate in English considering the kind of home he is claiming to have bought. Wants me to clean the exterior of a house he bought for $1200, but to bill him $5800 saying  he owes the old owner a fee. The 4 sale sign is still on the lawn so it obviously hasn't even closed. Seemed a little odd, but not at the very beginning.
