Just received a call. No message left.  Called ID says J Black.

Calimed to be telemarketer from Farmers Insurance.

A lady said she was from Farmer's Insurance then started asking questions. Said "thank you" rather rudely and hung up on me after I said I wasn't comfortable answering her questions... I wish I would have remembered her name to report her. She did have my address, mine and my husband's name.
I normally wouldn't have answered at all, but was expecting a call from Austin. It's pathetic that I don't feel safe answering my own phone.

Black J caller ID with local 512 area code but left no message. Time to Klll all telemarketers.

ID name said Black J. Caller said "Hi is this my Name" I answered "who's calling" I never say yes or confirm it's me when a get a call for someone I don't know. She said she could see my home owners ins was up for renewal. Said she wanted to send me information on their Farmers new lower rates. I told her I was happy with who I have and she said in a rude voice "I just want to send you a rate quote do you have a one or 2 story home" I hung up on her without answering. I think this I another fishing scam to try to get info. My homeowners is not due yet.
I don't usually answer my phone from unknown numbers but I was waiting for an out of town call. I think it was a scam because first It did not say farmers and second it was not from my state. Even if it was legit  my answers would still be the same. I don't give out my information to unknown callers. I have also learned to never say YES or OK to these phone calls as some of them will slam you and then edit your voice to say the  YES or OK or other positive answer to something else.
