I would never use STATE FARM again.  Don't care what their rates are.  Don't call me State Farm, I promise I won't call you.  

People should try shopping PROGRESSIVE Direct Insurance, they have BETTER Rates than State Farm.

Had a missed call from this number. I tried to text it to see who it was but it came back that it was a landline. When I called I had no answer. Then was called back. It was a solicitor...she didnt get very far.

This woman called and when I asked her if she was a solicitor she called me the B wordand then hung up on me.

I just got a call from this lady, when I told her she was mistaken about the renewal date of my insuance she gave me an attitude. She was very rude & unprofessional, I told her she'd never get any business this way. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she ignored me, I told her i didn't appreciate her tone & never call me again. She hung up on me & of course there's no way to call back. This woman needs to be fired!!!

Got a call tonight from Sue McCombs. She started in with saying she was with Farmers and she wanted to give me rates on home insurance and asked if I owned a home in Round Rock. I simply told her I live in an apartment in Austin. She then called me a liar. She verified my name and told her she must have the wrong number. She told me what number she called and I told her it was the wrong number. She said, "well, my phone says I dialed it right. You're a liar." Then, she quickly hung up the phone. Inappropriate to say the least and I'll make sure to never get Farmers Insurance!
