Called my cell phone but didn't leave a message, which prompts me to automatically block that number from calling again.

obviously a scammer. don't just block the number, report it to your phone service provider.

512-436-0417 called my wife's cell 2 minutes after this one called my cell and has the same sad story. Boo F..... Hoo!

The lady always says you know trying to get in touch with you as hard as getting my kids to bed and laughs then tells me she is with Brest cancer organization the call is always the same does not feel legit think it is a scanner!
