I picked up the phone after it rang three times as soon as I said hello they hung up on me I blocked them

Caller called from 512-269-0058 I use Mr Number app on my phone at it automatically tells me scam or fraud. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize the number, and neither should you. When the calls says can you hear me, hang up immediately
