called twice on cell

They called me twice and didn't leave a message. Other sites like this said they had the same problem

They called my company cell phone. I answered and a woman said, "this is Emily and I am conducting a hearing deposition on a recorded line." Then she hung up. I called back and a man answered, Doug. I asked what they were calling about and why did she hang up and he hung up. I blocked the number and sent them a buggar off text.
