They said in their voicemail that they were Kaiser Permanente, but the phone number they said to call seems scammy.

Kaiser Permanente? I think not. Yes that's who they said they were. But I called back. Made an appointment at the "down town office." But it was more like downtown dungeon of horror. I showed up, knocked the door and was grabbed from behind, dragged in through a side door, taken down to the basement and whipped mercilessly for the better part of a Tuesday afternoon. Then they kicked me out into the street and told me if I ever told what happened, they would come to my house and torture me again. But I'm telling. Oh, I'm telling. What now fake Kaiser Permanente torture guys? What now?
