Caller ID said SKYPE. These idiots couldn't even get creative enough to make something up. Obviously didn't answer and now blocked.

The man started arguing with me when I asked to be taken of their call list. He asked if we had PG&E and I told him I would forward his number to the electric company. The number came up as Skype.
