Jeff Smith is a shill.  He works for the company making the calls.
VTech, the company that uses this phone number, is a scammer.  They don't fix your computer.  They install malware and charge you for installing it.  If you have fallen for their tricks you need to unplug your computer and take it to a local computer repair place to have them undo the damage.

I have just received a call from this number and she left a message stating she was from VTech and my computer needs some critical updates. They have called me numerous times from different numbers, I always just block caller them.
