They called at 7:30am central time. I answered and it sounded like someone crying then they hung up.

Phone rang at 6 am pacific time. Did not get up to answer. No message. Caller ID shows "Name Unavailable". If call originated in CA, caller should be aware of time zone

They called at 6:55 mountain time...even though it came up California, I knew it was from out of the country. No message let and I blocked the number.
