Keep getting calls from this number and there is no message left if i do not answer or no one on the other end if I do answer. Are they screengin numbers to see who answers so they know who to call with garbage calls?

My friend in the Army who is stationed in Italy calls from this number... I live in the 509 area code and am not sure how it shows up as that, but there it is.

They called my temporary agent that I work for and stated that it was an Officer Getty Martin and if I did not call back by Monday that I would be arrested. I am calling the Yakima BBB to report them. Maybe I should call The Yakima PD also
