YES I got a call from this number also.  I called it back and I heard a click and a fast busy signal.  Weird!  The name on my caller ID showed up as "INTL. NUMBER"  whatever that means.

I DID TOO, AT ABOUT 1:00 THIS AFTERNOON.  I CALLED BACK AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

Yes same no message and caller ID shows "INTL. NUMBER" <5098859036>,

this person has called my number 2 times now.  Both times around 2-3 am.
when I had answered "hello"  he would answer "hello" and start breathing hard.  After hanging up he would call back and back and back.  I have sinc put a block on this #.  Scary stuff. This guy is a wacko.  I tried to call the # from a different phone and all I got was ringing, no answer machine.  I reported it to my local carrier and of course there is nothing they can do.
