They say they are the IRS & you owe money. Bogus people..its a scam

Recd two voice mails on my cell phone number with a recorded msg that said the IRS is filing a law suit against me. This occurred on Dec 21st. I've never listed my cell phone number on ANY tax returns. BOGUS - I'm sure this is a scam!
