call came from Ohio, and I let it go to voicemail since I don't know anyone in Ohio.  They said they had received a fax complaint against me and they would be serving me at my home or my work,  Left a Washington state number 509-620-9010, and a case file number.  When I tried to return their call it said the number was not available to receive calls.  I have had this cell number for less than a week...smells a little fishy to me!!  Never give their company name or even who they might represent.  Final words of the message were:  "You have been notified".

They called and said they had two charges against me if I didn't respond and pay them they would contact my work place and my HR department.  That once this happened I would have no recourse I would be at their mercy.  They harassed and scared me. they even called my parents and there is no way I ever gave anyone their number

They called me. It was an automatic call calling for my mom. I spoke to one person name "Megan" and told her I was representing her. She asked for my Bar Number. Told her she doesn't need. she tells me than I can't help you and hangs up.  Than call again and talk to some man, tell him what is going and says can't help me.

You have not supplied enough information to point you in the right direction. If you want your money back , then why did you give it to them in the first place?

I doubt you will.  Generally if a vehicle is repossessed, that is the end of it.  They do have the option of trying to get the difference between the loan balance and what the vehicle sold for, but I doubt if they would go to that much trouble.
Which is why you never pay a debt collector until they have proven that you owe the debt, and that they have the legal right to collect on it.  This starts with a dunning letter, and then your request for debt validation.  Now, unless you have an address for these crooks (I can't seem to find a company by that name on the web), I doubt you will get your money back.  If you can locate them, you can sue them for FDCPA violations and the $207 would become actual damages.  I suggest you take the time to learn about debt collection:

Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
