Calls asks to accept collect charges, when i call back busy

It's from the Benton County Jail.  An inmate is trying to call.  It has to be a collect call, but the message on my machine didn't give a name.  Only if you pick it up will you know who is trying to call.

How did you find out it was from the jail?

I received a call from this number 10 times yesterday. It is a collect call from a county jail, but I do not know the person. Each time the person said the same thing in the same way which is a little odd for repeat collect calls because you have to restate your name each time. He says "Hey baby, it's Jeremy, pick up the phone please". I don't know a Jeremy or anyone out there that would be calling me baby, so I just continued to ignore it.
