this number  calls my cell phone twice a day and leaves no message... i finally answered and got no response... called number back and got a message saying the number you have dialed is incorrect... grrrrr!

I've gotten calls from this same number MANY times.  It is fraud, it's some guy trying to convinve you you've won lots of money.  Here's the catch, you have to pay them $150 through western union to get it.  Beware he's very persistent!

I also received a call from this number and tried to call back - message said it had been disconnected.

I just found out from verizon that his is a wire line use in spokane washington from level 3 which is fiber optics,,,,my sister worked for them..once upon a time,,,,level 3 is 6 fiber lines that run from mexico to alaska 2 line owned by bill gates one by government...not sure who owns the other three....anyway....just called my sister,,,she says they are testing their line and use random numbers to do so......swell
