Just got the same call today.  Did not answer,  Message left say this was final attempt ( I hope so) and to call them back at another number which I did not.  I did however, go on the IRS.gov. website and reported the phone numbers.

Left a pre-recorded message stating this was a final warning from the IRS. Evidently a phishing scam.

A call stating it was the IRS and there was a warrant for my arrest and owed back taxes. Obvious a scam based on previous comments.
