A recorded message said it was the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against us. Since I have not received any correspondence in the mail and no phone call from a real person and I don't owe any taxes I'm guessing this is a fraud! I am blocking the number on my phone.

The caller pretends to be the IRS saying they are filing a lawsuit against us.  Yeah, right.  I added the number to my Comcast blocked calls list.

Recotded message, same as folks above. Got the same call about three or four months ago, but a different  phone number. It was a fraud also.
