Called my iphone. But The Caller ID said "911". Left a Voicemail message (sounding like East Indian), and voicemail was partially cutoff, saying there was a warrant for my arrest, and to call that number. Should I report to the Police? I did NOT call it back, and had to delete it as I couldn't block it.

East Indian guy said "Like more information send this case and to start legal procedures against you. You call us back at 509-392-6041. I repeat it's 509-392-6041. If you didn't hear from you within one hour from now. We will be enforce(?) the law to issue an arrest warrant on your name and get it executed by today itself. Good luck and goodbye."
