I just got a call from this number, they did not leave a Voice Mail and when I tried to call back it said that the call could not be dialed from my number.

Just got a call and I tried to call back and got nothing

??? Never have I got ahold of anyone  ???

Keeps calling me and never leaving a voice mail.

Got a call from this number while at work in Tacoma. I have a Spokane caller Id so as seeing it had a familiar area code answered thinking it was someone I knew with a new number. All I get is a person on the other end heavy breathing in the mic before hanging up. Call back call cannot be completed as dialed?
