Called @ 5:22pm 08/03/15.  Left V/mail stating IRS was suing me, never mention my name or address or tel #:  Did not leave name just a recorded message.  IRS would not do this, they would have an 800 # to call back during normal bus hours.  I am too old to have to file for taxes now and don't earn enough anyway to file.  THIS IS A SCAM???

They called 3 X's today leaving messages that they were from the IRS that I had back taxes due. I called the number back and the individual said that because they have sent 3 letters in the mail that I ignored if I don't take care of my over $4000 debt they would have to send the sheriff out to arrest me. Earlier in the conversation I had asked them to send the information again in the mail because I haven't received anything from the IRS. At this point I knew it was a scam but it still upset me. My son did a goggle search and told me to let others know.
