Repeated computer gen voice messages purporting to be IRS giving notice of impending litigation

This is a scam. They are from India. IRS never calls or emails. I have reported this to the IRS. Do not pay attention to any calls. IRS only sends mail. They keep changing the numbers and calls are forwarded to India. Put an end to these scams. Call IRS 800-829-1040 if you have any questions. Never pay attention to any other numbers.

IRS claim to be starting a lawsuit against me.

Same as the others - said they were from the IRS and that I had to call them immediately about a pending lawsuit against me.  I work in the legal system.  If there's going to be a lawsuit, it gets filed through the court and you get documents in the mail.  And the IRS would never sue someone unless they had been trying to work with you first.  Ignore them!
