They hung up after three rings - didn't get to the voice message

They called this morning and the first time I did not answer. Second time, a minute later, I did answer. Woman had my name, said she was calling for Care Free Homes, and immediately asked if my home was 20 years old or older. I asked her if I had ever done business with her company and she said she didn't think so. I informed her they were violating the Do Not Call law and I would report them, then hung up.

Tell them you need new gutters windows , tell them to start with out you... if your not there! send them to some mean cops house to measure gutters windows ! Then call the cops!

These people keep calling.  I made the mistake of agreeing to let them  come  give a free estimate for windows.  Once we had scheduled the appointment time/day they said my wife  and I must both be there when they come.  I said, "don't come then" there is never a convenient time when I can gurantee we would both be there.  Long-story-a-little-less long, they keep calling, they are very aggressive, etc...  I have told them to forget it, it is not necessary for both of us to be there, if they are a legitimate, reasonable company I am more than capable and authorized to hire them for the work.  They have already proved themselves to be difficult to deal with so why would I ever hire them?
