Calls frequently, doesn't leave a message. Caller ID says that it's a cell phone, but this looks like an old landline number from UMass Dartmouth. No doubt it's spoofed.

Called left no message. Said it was from New Bedford.

Got a call stating he was from NBPD states he was selling tickets to circus. When I called back the number it is not a working number.

I have received numerous calls from this number over the past number of months. Never leaves a message/dead air when answered.

I have been constantly getting this number called to my cell phone, and I never answer any of these calls if I don't know the number.
I finally answered the call just now and it states it's from the NBPD asking for donations to their police death funds. He knew my name. This time, it was for a magic show at one of the schools. I kindly told him that I did not have a family to attend that, so he suggested for me to send a $20 donation and get a sticker to put on my car or home to show that I supported them. I told him I was hard on cash, and maybe next time.

I will never answer this number again.
