Answered the phone. Person mumbled so hard to understand. Wanted my electric bill info. Asked him for name, company and number. Told him I would research the validity of the call and get back to him. He stated he already gave me his name. Told him I have his number and I know he is calling from Plymouth. Told him I was reporting this number.

Caller said "I need to speak with the person who handles your National Grid bill." I spilled coffee trying to answer the phone so I said it wasn't a good time, and she hung up.

Returned the call, thinking it had to do with the recent municipal switch. The phone number goes to a disconnected line

recording only and it said I didn't pick a valid extension - as if I had called THEM. Annoying. Caller ID said Plymouth. Then it disconnected.
