Just block them they use scanners to scan for numbers to use so no one can trace them almost all of these calls are from overseas!!! Never answer just hang up or let it go to voicemail are better yet get a call blocker that's what I use!! It hangs up automatically I love laughing at these idiots when the phone hangs up and they get the dial tone haa haa haa!!
