Called our Landline tonight; almost 9PM.  This is BS.  At least now I can BLOCK this number.  Got the pre-recorded message this time.  Might transcribe for the feds.  They are claiming this is part of the "Economic Recovery Act" and that electric bills are 'scheduled' to go up by 46% in two months!  Got NEWS for ya, scammers; our bill when up by almost 100% last winter!

It is another one of those scammers promising to lower your utility bills. I picked up and got a recording that started out "this is an urgent message regarding your utility bill..." and I hung up at that point. This number has caller repeatedly, but this is the first time I've picked up.

Same here.  Caller-ID showed "Worcester MA".  The robocall recording never identifies who they are.  Just that they will get you cheaper electricity.

Received a call from the above telephone number. Device did not wait for the 6 rings required before being answered. I called the number back using the *67 prefix. I reached a generic telemarketer greeting.
