This company has called this place of business looking for an employee.  The person that has called thousands of times in the last three days name is Justin Rice ( I am sure this is not his real name) has identified himself as a person working for the fraud department for the US Goverment. They are acually a debtr collector for an online payday loan company.  He has an auto dialer that he can program where the call comes from.  He has it tying up three of my business phone lines at the same time for up to 8 hrs at a time.  He has a supervisor by the name of Edward Marshal ( and I am sure that is not his name either)  both the person who they are looking for and this business have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling.  They have called anyone who answers the phone rude and vulgar names.  Thay have threatened to rape at least two employees and will not stop.  They are not interested on collecting a debt they are only intersted in harrasing this place of business.

Individual identified himself as Edward Marshall from Department of Financial Fraud for Cash Advance of America. Called my phone 55 times in 3 hrs and left 14 voicemail messages with no messages

This number has called 6 times already....just this morning.  They are claiming that they are from the Department of Fruad and that I owe a large sum of money.  If I don't pay this money they will have the police come and arrest me.  These calls are not real....I just ignore that number completely and delete any messages.  They have a foriegn accent yet give an American name.  There is a lot of noise in the background.  Just hand up.

I just received a call from these people as well and im tired of them calling me on my phone. I mean for what reason. I already know its a scam and I dont have time for people games. I set it up on my phone where if they called they are on my black list and go straight to F*ckin voice mail. They have nothing better to do with their time. Obviously. And then right after they finish calling and hang up a call from an unknown number comes up on my phone, as if im going to answer those blocked calls as well. Stupidity at its best. I mean worst...lol i dont have time.

so do you belive this is a scam?
