it's some sort of telephone service scam out of Asia.  They use the name T &S Telephone Services.

Got call from this number literally 10 minutes after another unknown number called my home.
Didn't answer, no message left.  I'm sure its just another dumbass calling to waste my time.

Received a call from this number on my home phone - caller ID read "SI" - no message was left.

Got a call from SSI from three different telephone numbers.  Looking for answers to a survey.  Other numbers 508-342-5761  called on 9/11 and 508-455-4446 called on 9/10 then this number on 9/12.
