Husband said someone with hard-to-understand foreign accent was saying "this isn't about a residence, it's about a business" & it sounded like a scam & he hung up.

Getting 10-20 calls per day from this number. Caller-ID shows it as "Town Line Cafe". Calling back the number gets "number not in service". Sounds like a Caller-ID spoofing trick, which I've heard is common
these days, and supposedly illegal ? Picked up one time and heard a person saying "Sir, are you there?"
