This number called my cell phone today at 1116 hours.  I don't give my number out to anyone so I don't pick up calls from unknown, unidentified people.  After several rings, they gave up.  Online look-up shows that it's a VoIP #, which is a favorite tool of scam artist.  I blocked my number and called it back from a landline.  It rang and rang and then a generic recording picked up and told me the person I was calling was not available, to leave a message.  I didn't.  Instead, I blocked the number so it can't call my cell phone again.  It might have been an innocent wrong number but the odds are against it.
