Have received many calls during the last two weeks from a man with a heavy accent and usually a bad connection on several different lines.  I have to think that they're the same person.  During one inquiry, he claimed to be a student, looking for information!  The other numbers were 408-454-6387, 646-844-1954, and 503-470-5397.

UPDATE 6-9-16:  Thought I'd finally gotten rid of him, after much wrangling; but now, he's into annoyance calls.  Phones several times a week, then hangs up when he hears my voice.  Maybe I'll just slam down the receiver the next time that his number appears on Caller ID.
