Same caller, this time they left a message that said they were calling about an open ticket on Comcast and to call 844-482-6447 or there may be service interruptions. You would think that Comcast would want to know about this but I am unable to get a live person on the phone, or even an option on the menu for customer service. The best I can do is tech support in the Philippines. Like that's going to help.

We received a similar call referencing an Internet connection problem. However, everything here appeared OK. Not sure if it was a Phishing call or something proactive. because we had not experienced any problems with either TV or Internet. The phone number appears to be working number and no personal information was requested.

They called twice today. I am unaware of any open service requests with Comcast. I just called Comcast and they have not been helpful or interested!

Kept getting hang up missed calls from this number while I was at work, finally was able to answer today- it was a man with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be from Comcast saying we have a service request ticket open for an internet connection issue, and he would like to walk me though... I interrupted him and said no, every thing is fine here, no thank you, and hung up. Very fishy!
